The webinars that you will own are the beating heart of this. your responsibilities End to end ownership of webinar production Build your own network with the very best talent in our industry – open doors and ensure that we have the absolute best speakers participating in our events, from pharma and other industry Push the boundaries of what is possible with webinar and streaming technology to craft genuinely new, engaging, experiences Devise and oversee high-impact marketing campaigns to scale our subscribers Own your account relationships, ensuring that our clients have an incredible experience working with us Think beyond the webinar to what can come next, crafting smaller workshop-style experiences for our biggest fans Provide any ad-hoc support. We’re a small, growing, company and we all pitch in to support each other you. You come alive when the camera is on – you’re excited by the possibility of also taking center stage on our webinars and stepping into a moderator role once settled in the role You’re a natural moderator – you know how to make others shine, to steer a conversation and to cut through cr*p to get instantly to what’s actually interesting Proven experience as an efficient, high-capacity, project manager Ability to work well under pressure – you don’t get fazed juggling multiple balls to hit deadlines Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech industry experience is an added bonus, but not essential Demonstrated experience writing compelling marketing copy and executing impactful marketing campaigns A naturally engaging personality, excellent communication skills An entrepreneurial spirit: you don’t typically like to be told what to do, you like to get on with it A keen eye for detail (especially with copy and admin!) and a self-organised work ethic A natural interest and good understanding of marketing and brand management Strong natural business acumen and ability to quickly make smart decisions.
