This is a senior-level opportunity for a proven leader in strategy and design to shape the future of a fast-growing consultancy. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects from end-to-end and supercharging the growth of our practice in the life sciences. Working directly with the Head of Consulting, you will take ownership of building client relationships, crafting innovative project designs and strategies to complex challenges, and scaling systems to ensure continuous growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in life sciences consulting who is keen to grow with an ambitious startup.

We’re seeking an experienced leader with a passion for disrupting the status quo in pharma with the below minimum qualifications:
- Consulting Experience: You have 7+ years of strategy or management consulting experience, with at least 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma.
- Commercial Nous: You’re confident partnering with our Sales team on calls with prospective clients, building proposals and scoping work.
- Life Sciences Industry Knowledge: You have gained deep expertise working in house or on life sciences consultancy projects in one or more of our practice focus areas.
