why we exist

Let\’s be honest – the pharma industry is generally very traditional and doesn’t have a great reputation.

Yet the work it does is life-or-death important, and health is a very emotive industry. It could be so much better – and we want to help it get there.

Impatient Health is a catalyst for change within pharma. We connect those who believe that pharma has great untapped potential and are desperate to do things differently – and help them through events, research and strategy consulting.

Despite being young as a company (4 years), we have some incredible assets – (i) knowing everyone in the industry, (ii) having an ‘independent’ positioning, and (iii) having a well-known CEO who is a disruptor & thought-leader.

This gives us a unique platform from which to challenge others and inspire them to do better for patients.

about you

  • You have a natural ability to turn data into compelling narratives and present them persuasively;
  • You understand the pharma industry, from full product life cycle to understanding how life sciences companies function
  • You are a highly effective communicator, confident in engaging senior leaders both internally and externally;

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
  • A collaborative nature, alongside the confidence to work independently and take ownership of key deliverables;
  • The capacity to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions;
