About the Role
The mission of the role is twofold: Work closely with the Head of Content, Customisation, Delivery and Imparta’s Founder and CEO, to maintain our position as a global leader in sales methodology, and to build on, update and maintain over 180 modules in Imparta’s 3D Advantage curriculum to the highest possible standards. Create a deep understanding of client needs and learning design, and leverage the curriculum to create engaging experiential and AI-driven learning that achieves the objectives of Imparta’s clients to the highest possible standards.
Responsibilities
- Working with subject matter experts to scope client projects, defining aspects like rules of engagement, key success metrics and time and quality expectations.
- Leverage existing IP to design, develop and curate end-to-end learning solutions that adhere to Imparta’s frameworks and learning principles, drive the clients’ desired outcomes and facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and captivating manner. Our end-to-end learning solutions include a range of different elements, including:
- Slide decks and integrated faculty notes
- eLearning
- Application tools (Canvases – printed, PDF and embedded in Salesforce)
- Competency descriptions at multiple levels
- Assessment tools
- AI-driven activities and role-plays.
- Designing and implementing AI-driven learning solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences based on those materials, upskilling appropriate faculty on context and content if necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Imparta’s existing solutions and content.
- Identify opportunities to create value for clients in every single interaction, driving long-term relationships with them.

- Outstanding mastery of Imparta’s curriculum.
- Ability to learn new content areas and disciplines quickly and effectively.
- Innovation in leveraging AI to enhance learning experiences, personalize training solutions, and drive efficiency in content development.
- Quality of output in terms of thought leadership, clarity, creativity, quality, and adherence to Imparta standards.
- Feedback from clients, attendees, trainers and internal colleagues.
- The continued achievement of global sales training awards and designations for Imparta.
The role reports into Imparta’s Head of Content, Customisation, Delivery, Marta Pacheco.
Qualifications
- University degree in a related field. An MBA would be a distinct advantage.
Required Skills
- Mastery of a wide range of disciplines, from business and commercial acumen to sales, negotiation, customer success, and sales management.
- AI literacy and the ability to leverage AI tools.
- Solid understanding of sales, growth and client service functions.
- Relevant professional experience with demonstrable results, preferably in management consulting and fast-paced corporate environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to structure complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Mastery of PowerPoint for creating compelling, visually engaging presentations that drive understanding and impact.
- Track record of engaging personally with clients with gravitas and confidence.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of working to tight deadlines accurately and sensitively.
- Strong problem-solving and organisation skills.
