Leafield Environmental Ltd, based in Wiltshire, is an established manufacturing company specialising in innovative design, manufacture and supply of rotationally moulded Street Furniture, Bollards, Recycling Solutions and Agricultural products. We are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant with experience of working for a SME in the manufacturing sector. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a permanent, part-time position of 22.5hrs per week, preferably over 5 days, however there is a degree of flexibility. The position is based on-site in Corsham, Wiltshire.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monthly management accounts using ECi M1 (accounting system)
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Monthly stock analysis and adjustments
- Assisting with annual audits and statutory accounts requirements
- Cashflow Forecasting
- Responsible for VAT returns
- Stakeholder Reporting (eg Climate change agreements / Management etc)
- Overseeing the annual stock take at year end
- Standard cost reviews on parts
- Provide occasional cover and support for other finance team activities
- Provide general support to the Finance Director and Management Team with ad hoc tasks
About You:
- A qualified or part qualified Accountant
- Experience of working within the manufacturing sector, ideally in a small to medium sized business.
- Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably Eci M1
- IT literate with strong MS Excel skills
- Able to prioritise and manage their workload
- Attention to detail
