Impala, our newest restaurant, opens in Spring 2026, led by Meedu Saad.

We are seeking a Baker or Pastry Chef to craft breads and pastries, working to the highest standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will support the Head Baker, maintain organisation, and help evolve our offerings with taste trials and recipe development.

We look for passion for quality ingredients, a team mindset, and flexibility to work early mornings and late nights across five days.
