We’re seeking a CDP to join our Kitchen Team!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with our senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section, coordinating daily prep schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the needs of junior staff, focusing on essential skills such as food preparation, presentation, and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct routine inspections of your section to ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and labelling of ingredients.
  • Address any issues that arise during service quickly and efficiently to maintain consistent quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of our produce and suppliers to ensure high‑quality ingredient selection.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of food safety standards and legislative requirements to uphold a 5‑star EHO rating.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced kitchen, where excellence is consistent on every plate.
