Impala is seeking an experienced Head Baker assistant to join our bakery team in London. You will support the Head Baker in creating a harmonious, efficient environment and maintain the highest standards across baking, preparation and presentation for guests.
You will participate in tastings, training sessions and briefings for front-of-house and junior bakers, while collaborating with sourcing and supplier teams to monitor flour, grains and core ingredients quality.
