Graduate MLOps Engineer | London | Build the Infrastructure Behind the Next Generation of AI. Most graduate roles have you maintaining someone else's systems. This one puts you inside a small, senior engineering team at one of London's fastest growing AI startups, building the data infrastructure that next-generation AI systems are trained on.

We're partnered with a high-growth London AI company building the missing data layer for enterprise AI. Their platform turns raw multimedia content across speech, audio, video, music and computer vision into high-quality, licensed training data used by leading AI businesses. Off the back of strong commercial growth, they're now adding ML engineering capability for the first time. They are explicit about what they want: raw talent and hunger over years of experience. They will invest in developing the right person, and you'll get ownership from day one that no big-company grad scheme can match.

This role suits a recent graduate or final-year student with a strong software engineering foundation who wants to get hands-on with ML and data infrastructure from the start. The platform runs on Python, Django, Redis, Kubernetes and AWS (mid-migration to GCP), with a React frontend. You'll help build the ML tooling, data pipelines and infrastructure around it.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a solid software engineering or computer science background
  • Is genuinely interested in MLOps, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and ML systems
  • Enjoys hard technical problems and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Has any exposure to AI, media, audio, speech, music or computer vision (a bonus, not a requirement)

Why this opportunity?

  • Be the first dedicated ML hire: breadth and visibility you can't get anywhere else
  • Work on a live AWS to GCP migration and modern cloud infrastructure
  • Join a profitable, fast-scaling AI business that's hiring you to grow, not just to fill a seat
