Role Overview:
You’ll join as a Founding AI Engineer, designing and scaling production-grade LLM systems that power automated due diligence workflows used by financial institutions operating across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve core AI agent frameworks used to automate complex compliance and risk workflows
- Build reliable infrastructure that enables language models to reason over diverse data sources and internal tools
- Ship production-ready AI features, from experimentation through deployment and iteration
- Partner closely with customers to deeply understand real-world compliance challenges and translate them into product improvements
- Take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, from technical decisions to user impact
- Contribute to shaping engineering standards, architecture, and long-term technical direction in a fast-growing environment
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven systems in production environments
