Dans le cadre de notre développement en Europe, nous recrutons un(e) Area Manager – Europe du Nord (Royaume-uni, Scandinavie, Pays Baltes, Benelux). Vous accompagnez le développement commercial de la région, avec un fort accent sur la gestion des distributeurs, l’exécution sur le marché et le développement commercial. Vous êtes chargé(e) de soutenir la performance dans plusieurs pays d’Europe du Nord, impliquant des déplacements fréquents et une grande proximité avec les marchés clés. Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Director International – On-trade et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les distributeurs, les acteurs de l’hôtellerie-restauration et les équipes internes.
- Développement commercial: Soutenir la croissance commerciale sur le marché nord-européen avec l’appui des commerciaux des distributeurs. Contribuer aux objectifs de vente annuels et garantir l’exécution sur les marchés prioritaires. Soutenir la mise en œuvre des politiques tarifaires et commerciales. Négocier avec les distributeurs et certains comptes clés. Rencontrer les utilisateurs finaux pour les fidéliser.
- Gestion et développement des distributeurs: Développer et entretenir les relations avec les distributeurs à travers l’Europe du Nord. Former leurs commerciaux pour en faire des ambassadeurs de la marque. Travailler avec les utilisateurs finaux : les barmen. Suivre la performance des distributeurs et soutenir les plans d’action lorsque nécessaire. Garantir les standards d’exécution et la rigueur commerciale au niveau des distributeurs.
- Expansion du marché: Contribuer à l’identification de nouvelles opportunités de marché. Participer à l’intégration de nouveaux partenaires de distribution. Contribuer au développement de la présence de notre marque dans les bars, coffee shops, hôtels et établissements haut de gamme.
- Exécution de la marque: Mettre en œuvre les initiatives de trade marketing avec les distributeurs. Soutenir les activations, les formations et les visites clients. Garantir la cohérence de l’exécution de la marque sur les marchés prioritaires.
- Prévisions, approvisionnement et gestion des stocks: Consolider des prévisions fiables avec les distributeurs. Suivre l’état des stocks et soutenir les actions correctives. Préparer les points de marché mensuels, les KPI et la veille marché.
Indispensable: Basé(e) en Europe du Nord (de préférence au Royaume‑Uni). Minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans les secteurs des produits de grande consommation (FMCG), des boissons ou des spiritueux. Expérience de travail avec des distributeurs en Europe du Nord. Fort sens commercial et capacité à travailler en autonomie. Excellentes compétences de communication en anglais. Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents sur la région.
Atouts appréciés: Expérience dans les boissons, le café, les spiritueux ou l’hôtellerie‑restauration. Réseau existant dans le secteur du on‑trade (CHR). Le français est un plus. Expérience d’accompagnement du développement commercial sur des marchés émergents.
