Role Overview

Impactron is a high-growth consulting and services firm working with global clients in regulated industries, with a strong and growing focus on UK insurance and the Lloyd’s of London market. We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst who brings deep UK insurance domain knowledge, strong IT systems understanding, and an interest in modernising insurance operations through platform-led and CRM-centric approaches. This role offers a rare opportunity to join Impactron in its early growth phase, work closely with senior leadership, and gain end-to-end exposure across pre-sales, solution design, and delivery, while helping shape how modern platforms such as ServiceNow and CRM solutions are applied across complex legacy insurance landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a techno-functional Business Analyst on UK insurance transformation programmes
  • Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand:
    • Insurance processes
    • Existing legacy systems and SaaS platforms
  • Analyse and document:
    • Functional and system requirements
    • User stories and acceptance criteria
    • Integration and interface needs
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to align requirements with target-state platform and architectural direction
  • Support configuration, UAT cycles, and go-live readiness
