Looking to use your operational leadership experience to make a real difference in education? We’re proud to be partnering with The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust to recruit a Dual-Site School Business Manager, supporting both Billesley Primary School and Tiverton Academy in Birmingham. This is a practical, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows that great schools rely on strong operational foundations. You’ll work closely with Principals to help both schools run smoothly, safely and effectively - leading finance, HR, estates and day-to-day operations so staff can focus on teaching and pupils on learning. You’ll work across two very different settings: a large, busy three-form entry school and a smaller, close-knit one-form entry academy. You’ll provide strategic oversight where needed and take a hands-on approach where it counts, supported by strong regional and central Trust teams who manage much of the statutory compliance and procurement.
