The Elliot Foundation is recruiting three exceptional Primary School Principals to lead schools across the West Midlands.

As Principal, you will shape the strategic direction of your school while remaining closely connected to day-to-day school life. You will lead improvements in teaching, learning and curriculum, develop and inspire staff, strengthen relationships with families and create a positive, ambitious culture where children can achieve their full potential.
We are looking for experienced primary school leaders who understand that lasting improvement is built through strong relationships, consistency and high expectations. You will bring empathy, resilience and sound judgement, with the confidence to balance support and challenge while leading with integrity.
You will recognise the importance of understanding the children, families and communities you serve, developing staff and future leaders, and creating an inclusive environment where every child feels they belong.
Working alongside colleagues across The Elliot Foundation, you will have the autonomy to lead your school in the way its community needs, supported by experienced Trust specialists across curriculum, SEND, safeguarding, HR, finance and estates.

What we offer you:

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £85,530 - £106,617 per annum, depending on the school, plus a 5% TEFAT uplift
