I'm looking for a hands-on Senior Data Engineer (Analytics) to help build and scale a modern data platform in a fast-growing, product-led business. This is a high-impact role in a small team, where you’ll shape the data foundations for their new platform, that houses their analytics and data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ELT/ETL)
  • Own the flow of data from source systems → warehouse → BI tools
  • Develop clean, reusable data models for analytics and reporting
  • Integrate a wide range of data sources, including marketing, CRM, and operational systems
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation
  • Automate workflows to improve speed, reliability, and reduce manual effort
  • Establish a robust, scalable data platform that supports growth
  • Improve data reliability, accessibility, and trust across the business
  • Enable self-serve analytics through well-structured datasets
  • Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience with Snowflake
  • Advanced SQL skills working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools (DBT ideally)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and architecture best practices
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality and reliability
  • Comfortable working in a small, high-impact team

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing data (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, ad platforms)
  • Background in digital marketing analytics or attribution
  • Python or R for automation and data processing
  • Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Exposure to data governance or cataloguing tools
