Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Automate Desktop Developer to join our automation team. This is a hands-on role working alongside in-house developers to design, configure, and deliver new automation processes while ensuring best practices are applied from the outset.
Why We’re Hiring
We’ve moved from legacy RPA tools to the Microsoft Power Platform and are expanding our automation capability with Power Automate Desktop. We need someone with deep technical expertise to:
- Guide the initial technical setup
- Embed best practices
- Accelerate delivery by solving challenges quickly
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with internal developers to deliver end-to-end automation solutions in PAD
- Configure and optimise the environment: Linking virtual machines to environments, setting permissions, managing user accounts and licenses
- Support migration of existing processes from previous RPA tools into PAD
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth setup and delivery
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on machine setup and connectivity
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Power Automate Desktop experience (essential)
- Background in RPA development and process automation
- Independent, problem-solving mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Comfortable working hybrid and across multiple projects

- Hybrid – approx. once a week in the office (Yorkshire)
