Impactive have partnered up with a high-performing Microsoft Solutions Partner who are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant to help organisations reimagine how they work using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform.
This isn’t a delivery-only role. This is about advising, influencing, and shaping strategy at the highest level.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll sit at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation - working directly with senior stakeholders to design and deliver modern workplace and AI transformation strategies. From Copilot readiness and data governance to intelligent automation, you’ll help organisations unlock real, measurable value from their Microsoft ecosystem.
- Lead high-impact workshops with senior stakeholders
- Design end-to-end transformation roadmaps
- Advise on security, compliance, and governance at scale
- Drive adoption of AI and automation tools like Copilot & Power Automate
- Translate complex tech into clear business outcomes and ROI
The role is London-based (hybrid) with occasional client site visits (fully expensed).
What They’re Looking For- Strong background in Microsoft 365 consulting / advisory
- Deep understanding of security, governance, and tenant architecture
- Experience with Copilot readiness and AI adoption
- Knowledge of automation (Power Automate / AI concepts)
- Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Someone who can bridge the gap between technical capability and business value
- Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 experience
- Exposure to Zero Trust, Defender, Entra ID
- Experience in regulated environments
- Microsoft certifications
