The work is varied, impactful, and genuinely client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and influence.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll work directly with clients to design and deliver analytical and ML solutions that support better decision-making across areas such as pricing, marketing, and customer insight. You'll operate across different client environments, taking problems from early discovery through to deployment, while balancing strong technical delivery with clear stakeholder communication.
Expect:

- A consultancy environment (not a product or internal BI role)
- Exposure to multiple clients, domains, and data platforms
- A collaborative, low-ego team with high technical standards
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in data science or applied analytics
- Strong Python & SQL skills
- Experience translating ambiguous business problems into practical, measurable solutions
- Comfortable working in cloud data environments (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Confident communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
- A self-starter mindset suited to consultancy delivery
- Retail, FMCG, or consumer data experience is beneficial but not essential.
Why This Role?
- Varied, meaningful client work with models that actually go into production and drive value.
- Clear scope to influence delivery and ways of working
- A consultancy that values pragmatism, curiosity, and impact over buzzwords
