Impactive IT are hiring a commercially minded, insight-driven Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of revenue analytics across a fast-growing, data-led business. If you’re someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions, being stakeholder facing and you care about real commercial impact—this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end revenue reporting and performance analysis across multiple product categories and sales channels
- Build predictive models for pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and sell-through rates
- Use your commercial mindset to identify new opportunities to utilise data to increase revenue
- Evaluate channel performance and guide resource allocation decisions
- Partner with commercial teams on A/B testing and experimentation
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced SQL/Excel skills and experience building robust data models in DBT
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma)
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)
- A strong commercial mindset - you focus on impact, not just outputs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or circular economy businesses
- Experience with pricing optimisation, dynamic pricing or revenue forecasting
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality)
