I'm looking for a hands-on Analytics Data Engineer to help build and scale a modern data platform in a fast-growing, product-led business. This is a high-impact role in a small team, where you’ll shape the data foundations for their new platform, that houses their analytics and data insights.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ELT/ETL)
- Own the flow of data from source systems → warehouse → BI tools
- Develop clean, reusable data models for analytics and reporting
- Integrate a wide range of data sources, including marketing, CRM, and operational systems
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation
- Automate workflows to improve speed, reliability, and reduce manual effort
- Establish a robust, scalable data platform that supports growth
- Improve data reliability, accessibility, and trust across the business
- Enable self-serve analytics through well-structured datasets
- Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Snowflake
- Advanced SQL skills working with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with modern data tools (DBT ideally)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and architecture best practices
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data quality and reliability
- Comfortable working in a small, high-impact team
Nice to have:
- Experience working with CRM and marketing data (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, ad platforms)
- Background in digital marketing analytics or attribution
- Python or R for automation and data processing
- Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Exposure to data governance or cataloguing tools
