West Yorkshire (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office) – Please only apply if you are based in West Yorkshire or considering relocating. £30,000-£40,000 + Bonus
Impactive has partnered with an established business in West Yorkshire operating within the technology and data space, delivering projects for organisations across a variety of sectors. Their work focuses on helping clients improve processes, make informed decisions, and achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology and data. They pride themselves on delivering high‑quality outcomes through a collaborative and client‑focused approach. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
The Role
This is not a traditional "box‑ticking" Project Manager role focused purely on diaries, calendars, and administration. We're looking for someone who can bring structure, momentum, accountability, and delivery discipline into a fast‑moving consultancy environment, without slowing teams down with unnecessary process. You will play a key role in supporting and driving the successful delivery of multiple client projects across analytics and engineering teams. Working closely with analysts, engineers, and clients, you'll help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, risks are identified proactively, and communication remains clear and effective throughout the project lifecycle. This role would suit someone earlier in their Project Management career who is naturally organised, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right personality and mindset—someone who takes ownership, asks good questions, challenges constructively, and genuinely enjoys helping teams deliver successfully.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously
- Managing timelines, priorities, risks, and project dependencies
- Coordinating between internal technical teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and delivery tracking
- Identifying blockers early and helping drive projects forward proactively
- Improving visibility and communication across project delivery
- Helping maintain structure and accountability across fast‑moving projects
- Working closely with consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience within Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Delivery, or Operations
- Experience within consultancy, technology, SaaS, or professional services would be beneficial
- Exposure to data, BI, software, or technology projects is advantageous but not essential
- Open to candidates transitioning into technology from other industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Naturally organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable challenging constructively and asking the right questions
- Commercially aware with a strong delivery mindset
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused
- Able to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
Above all else, we're hiring based on attitude, curiosity, personality, and approach - not simply what appears on a CV.
