Location: Leeds, Hybrid (2 days p/w in office)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus

Impactive are delighted to be continuing our exclusive partnership with a fast-growing, data & AI consultancy based in Leeds, who are looking to hire a Customer Data & Insight Analyst to join their expanding analytics team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with customer, basket, and loyalty data to deliver high-impact insights that directly shape commercial and strategic decisions for clients.

You will have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with customer data (Retail or FMCG experience highly desirable)
  • Hands-on experience extracting, manipulating, and working with large datasets
  • A proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • A self-motivated approach with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and wider teams

The role:

  • Translating data into clear and coherent customer insights
  • Storytelling insights & outputs through well-structured slide decks with clear actions and recommendations for clients
  • Support both tactical and strategic initiatives to help unlock value from client data
  • Ensure high standards of data quality through strong QC and reconciliation processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, supporting on insight delivery and analytical work where required

Desired skills & experience:

  • Strong coding skills in SQL (essential), Python (desirable) with solid MS Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to extract data, generate insights, and present findings clearly in structured presentations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
