Overview
We are hiring an Azure-focused Analytics Engineer to join our Leeds-based team. This hands‑on role offers real visibility and involves working closely with internal analytics and engineering teams, as well as external partners, to turn complex technical challenges into clear, business‑aligned data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end data platforms using Microsoft Azure.
- Build efficient ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Develop analytics‑ready data models.
- Help shape scalable architectures that balance performance, cost, and long‑term sustainability.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong experience in data engineering within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Services.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and modern data architecture.
- Experience with dimensional modelling and analytics‑focused data.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, delivery‑focused approach.
