Analytics Engineer in Leeds

The Role.

This is a hands-on role with real visibility.

You’ll work closely with internal analytics and engineering teams, as well as external partners, turning complex technical challenges into clear, business-aligned data solutions.

You’ll design and deliver end-to-end data platforms using Microsoft Azure, build efficient ETL/ELT pipelines, develop analytics-ready data models, and help shape scalable architectures that balance performance, cost, and long-term sustainability.

In short: you’ll build the foundations that good decisions are made on.

What They\\\’re Looking For.

Technical Experience:

• Strong experience in data engineering within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure data services
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and modern data architectures
• Experience with dimensional modelling and analytics-focused data design

Professional Skills:

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, delivery-focused approach
