The type of person:
We’re looking for a hands-on manager who combines technical expertise with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team on a day-to-day basis. As Data Analytics Manager, you’ll be both a leader and a doer:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 2–3 data analysts, ensuring their growth, performance, and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Partner with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and analytical requirements.
- Get hands-on when needed - from deep data dives to code reviews.
- Oversee the quality, timeliness, and impact of the team’s deliverables.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to adapt communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive approach to validating work and setting high standards.
