Hawkstone, a premium beer and cider brand in the UK, is building its in-house customer fulfilment function. As Senior Customer Fulfilment Manager, you will own end-to-end order fulfilment, lead a team of three Coordinators, and establish KPIs, standards and systems to scale the function.
Based at College Farm, Cheltenham, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Inventory and Finance, and help expand into Ireland and other markets as they open.
