Based at Little Dish’s Notting Hill HQ and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be right at the heart of how their food gets from manufacturer to retailer to family kitchen table.

It’s hands-on, fast-paced, high-impact, and genuinely matters.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the commercial team to coordinate demand forecast and production planning between retailers and our manufacturing partners.
  • Daily stockholding management and effective mitigation of any waste risks.
  • Daily order placement with manufacturing partners.
  • Analysis, investigation and resolution of all distribution and availability issues.
  • Day-to-day relationship management of manufacturers and third-party logistics service providers to ensure continual supply of products to all customers.
  • Navigation of any capacity or operational challenges within the supply base, to ensure best-in-class service to all of our customers.
  • Supporting business development
  • Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency within our supply chain.
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve ways of working with our manufacturing partners and logistics providers.
  • Supporting internal departments through value-adding analysis and reporting.
  • Supporting the Head of Supply Chain in developing sustainable supply chain solutions for new channels and products.
  • Leading execution stages of gated development process for NPD and EPD projects to enable best-in-class launches.

Experience and Profile

  • c.4-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain with retail FMCG or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with chilled, short shelf-life products is highly desirable
  • Experience of UK grocery retailer systems, portals, EDI
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment – hands-on, flexible, loves working as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Analytical mindset
