About this Role

Are you a phenomenal great teammate, passionate about making a difference and reaching children with learning through play? Our Social Responsibility Consultant role is a unique opportunity to bring the LEGO brand vision and mission to life to create impact for LEGO employees and children in local communities. No relocation assistance is offered for this position, and the role is based in our London HUB located at 8-10 New Fetter Lane. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home weekly. The role involves developing volunteer strategies, supporting community partnerships, and leading various events that promote learning through play. The Social Responsibility Consultant will work closely with the team to create impactful social responsibility programs and engage employees in volunteer activities. The ideal candidate should be committed to the company’s mission of supporting children and communities, while upholding internal and external guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a diverse range of volunteer activities and events.
  • Support Social Responsibility Manager in delivery of community partnerships and global initiative activations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding volunteer programs.
  • Build internal advocates for participation and delivery of volunteering across the LEGO Group.
  • Lead all volunteer-related communications.
  • Plan and coordinate special events like World Play Day and Community Impact Month.
  • Coordinate volunteer planning, registration, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure adherence to reporting standards required by internal processes and external audits.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Professional experience in Social Responsibility and employee engagement.
  • Dedication to the hybrid working policy of 3-days per week from the London Office.
  • Proven curiosity about social impact/social responsibility.
  • Passionate about working with children & learning through play.
  • Confident in crafting and facilitating experiences for children.
  • Experience in both small- and large-scale event management.
