About this Role
Transformacy is recruiting a Social Value Consultant to join their expert team. This is a permanent position based in the London area for a professional passionate about creating real, lasting change in communities across the UK. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping how Transformacy’s clients—spanning central government, local authorities, and charities—design, deliver, measure, and report on their social value commitments. This role offers the opportunity to work on nationally significant public sector work while contributing to meaningful community outcomes.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Writing and developing solutions for social value bid responses
- Crafting comprehensive impact reports
- Supporting clients through the delivery of their social value plans
- Delivering training to build organizational capability
- Helping clients develop corporate social value strategies with genuine impact at their core

- Measure and evidence social value impact using recognized frameworks
- Engage with stakeholders across public sector, local authority, and charitable organizations
- Provide strategic guidance on social value policy and practice implementation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on social value experience, ideally spanning both bid writing and delivery
- Proven track record of writing winning social value responses for UK public sector tenders
- Strong working knowledge of PPN 06/20, PPN 026, and PPN 002
- Strong working knowledge of the Social Value Model and the National TOMs
- Experience measuring and evidencing social value impact using recognized frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine commitment to social, economic, and environmental outcomes for communities across the UK
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
