About this Role

The Senior Sustainability and ESG Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of sustainability and environmental and social governance (ESG) initiatives across TAIT’s global portfolio.

This position is integral to accurate and timely sustainability reporting and manages ESG documentation to aid strategic decision‑making.

Working at an operational level, the coordinator manages projects ranging from local to global scales, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

The coordinator is responsible for measuring and reducing emissions, waste, and climate impact, aligning with TAIT’s mission to create impactful experiences.

By applying best practices in sustainability, this role directly contributes to maintaining TAIT’s leadership in ethical environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, collect, and report annual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party experts.
  • Lead data cleaning, consolidation, and input for carbon footprint calculation.
  • Prepare sustainability reports and disclosures.
  • Refine and improve the carbon accounting process.
  • Develop presentations and visuals for stakeholders.
  • Support Bid Coordinators with documentation.
  • Assist in Green Affinity Network initiatives and projects.
  • Provide documentation support for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an understanding of sustainability trends and legislation.
  • Support CB261, CBAM & ESOS reporting.
  • Other sustainability‑related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Bachelors Degree or 2 plus years of intern experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for sustainability.
  • Proven record in data management and corporate sustainability reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in developing and tracking sustainability performance indicators.
  • Understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements in the EU and North America.
  • Strong attention to detail and process building abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High motivation and work with limited supervision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of carbon literacy and circular economy principles.
