Your Role at impact.com:
The Revenue Enablement Lead, EMEA is the on-the-ground driver of enablement strategy and execution across our European go-to-market teams. You'll serve as the regional point of leadership, adapting global programs to EMEA market realities, building relationships with EMEA sales leadership, and ensuring our sellers, BDRs, and CS teams across the region operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence. This role demands someone who can think strategically about regional GTM needs while rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-impact programs in market.
What You'll Do:
- Own the EMEA enablement strategy and roadmap, partnering with the Head of Global Revenue Enablement team to localize and deliver core programs across Sales, BDR, and Channel.
- Serve as the trusted enablement partner to EMEA Sales leadership, diagnosing regional performance gaps and translating them into measurable enablement initiatives.
- Lead the rollout and reinforcement of sales process, methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), and operating rhythm across EMEA revenue teams.
- Design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and skills development programs tailored to the cultural, linguistic, and market nuances of EMEA.
- Drive adoption of enablement programs covering pipeline creation, deal progression, forecasting hygiene, and value-based selling.
- Act as the regional voice in global enablement planning, ensuring EMEA needs and feedback shape global priorities.
- Establish EMEA-specific KPIs and reporting on enablement effectiveness, ramp time, and program ROI.
- Build executive relationships with EMEA RVPs, Sales Directors, and CS leadership to ensure enablement is positioned as a strategic lever.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or senior quota-carrying Sales roles within a SaaS or martech environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating across multiple EMEA markets, with strong understanding of regional GTM dynamics, cultural nuances, and buyer behavior.
- Deep understanding of AI both in leveraging LLMs as a force multiplier in enablement work and how AI can transform GTM functions in sales.
- Proven track record of building and delivering enablement programs at scale, with measurable impact on ramp time, win rate, or pipeline performance.
- Deep fluency in modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or equivalent value-selling frameworks) and sales process design.
- Experience working as part of a globally distributed team, with the maturity to operate autonomously while staying tightly aligned to a Center of Excellence.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior sales leaders without direct authority.
- Familiarity with the modern enablement tech stack (Highspot, Gong, Clari, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and a builder's mindset — this is a foundational role and the first dedicated EMEA enablement hire.
- Based in or willing to work from London (LON-01) with ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
