Your Role at impact.com:
We are growing our sales organization to accommodate the increasing demand for our solution. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic salesperson to own our SMB territory in the UK & Ireland. You will have the opportunity to grow rapidly and gain exposure to new marketing technologies as we progress! As an Account Executive, SMB, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective small-to-medium businesses. Strong consultative and analytical skills are important for successful navigation from solution demo to scope definition and final contract. You will be the face and name of impact.com to the next generation of high-growth brands.
Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Sell the product to appropriate SMB accounts and manage your activity toward hitting a preset revenue target.
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively source new opportunities within the designated territory to maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline.
- Expert Presentations: Prepare and deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations tailored to the unique needs of SMB stakeholders.
- Consultative Selling: Answer prospects’ questions regarding product value, use cases, integrations, and implementation.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Proactively drive the process with prospective clients from initial prospecting through to a signed contract and internal handoff.
- Stakeholder Management: Drive active engagement by all internal and external stakeholders necessary to close deals with agility.
- Operational Excellence: Update SFDC daily with all relevant details needed to reflect business reality and ensure accurate forecasting.
Does this sound like you:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of closing experience, within SMB segment.
- Must be a true hunter!
- Trained in MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company).
- Must be willing to work out of the London office 2x a week, at the minimum.
- Independent person with the desire to excel in a competitive and highly rewarding industry.
- Strong communication, effective problem-solving, networking and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building territories and addressing client needs.
- Experience handling objections at multiple levels of enterprise organizations.
