As we expand our footprint across the UK and Europe, we’re seeking a dynamic Director of New Business Development to join our team and help drive growth from our London or Leatherhead office.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Growth: Deliver against annual revenue targets through proactive outreach and strategic opportunity development.
  • Be a Strategic Brand Partner: Understand client business challenges and position Impact XM as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor.
  • Lead the Pitch: Own the proposal process from start to finish—crafting tailored solutions, leading presentations, and closing six-figure+ deals.
  • Build Relationships: Engage senior decision-makers across industries to develop long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Shape Market Strategy: Develop and execute a business development plan tailored to the UK and European markets.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate Impact XM’s presence and open new doors.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
What You Bring
  • Industry Experience: 3–4 years in sales within event marketing, exhibitions, or experiential marketing—ideally with a B2B or brand activation focus.
