Impact XM is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Account Executive (Events & Activations) to join our team. This cross-functional role offers exposure across account management, business development, and strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

What Youll Bring
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and help prioritise tasks.

Account Management Support
- Assist Account teams with day-to-day organisational tasks, including meeting preparation, agendas, and note-taking.
- Coordinate with Business Development and Strategy teams to track project status and deliverables.
- Support creation and development of client presentations.
- Training will include:
- Evaluating client tasks and developing briefs
- Reviewing creative work and design concepts
- Managing client meetings and communications
- Liaising with vendors and clients, including negotiation support
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the New Business Director to document and track all new and developing leads.
- Accurately update Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) with lead and pipeline information.
- Prepare weekly sales reports on pipeline activity.
- Assist Account teams in producing timely sales materials for client meetings and presentations.
Strategy Support
- Conduct brand and client research to inform account and business development strategies.
- Gather and organise materials to support presentations and client proposals.
