About Us:
At The Impact Team, we’re passionate about helping financial institutions navigate the fast-changing digital landscape. We combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology to deliver digital transformation projects that really make a difference — all while keeping security front and centre. Based in the UAE, we work with some of the region’s leading banks and financial firms, supporting them to innovate securely and sustainably.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key player in our consulting team, helping clients across the UAE and the Middle East rethink how they use technology. From assessing cyber risks to shaping digital strategies, you’ll guide organisations through change that improves their operations and protects their data. You’ll work closely with client teams to spot challenges, design solutions, and make sure projects deliver real value — all with a sharp eye on cyber security.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Lead digital transformation projects tailored to the financial services sector, ensuring they meet business goals and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and enhance cyber security measures, including risk assessments, threat modelling, and governance frameworks.
- Provide clear, independent reviews of ongoing digital initiatives, offering practical advice and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to build secure digital products and services.
- Help clients improve their software development processes by embedding security best practices.
- Guide clients through compliance with regional and international cyber security standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating complex ideas in a straightforward way.
- Champion responsible innovation and ESG principles in every project you work on.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years’ experience in digital transformation or cyber security consulting, ideally within financial services.
- Good understanding of the UAE and GCC financial regulatory environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of cyber security frameworks, risk management, and secure software development.
- Experience with cloud security and identity management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly valued.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, inclusive consulting.
