We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with Autism experience to join their staff for next term. This role is at a SEN school located in Borough of Hounslow and they are looking to secure a strong, qualified, SEN Teaching Assistant with Autism experience to work in an inclusive classroom with children who have Autism, ADHD are verbal.
Responsibilities
- This school needs a Teaching Assistant Special Needs who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
- The ideal Teaching Assistant Special Needs for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
- Ability to create engaging and meaningful multi-sensory activities.
- Familiarity with safeguarding policies for vulnerable learners.
Qualifications/Experience
- You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
- To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
