This Secondary school is looking to recruit a Maths teacher specialising in KS3 through to A-Level, to deliver the full mathematics curriculum with precision and passion – from foundational number skills to advanced calculus and statistics.

Responsibilities

  • The Secondary Teacher Maths appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
  • Experience in using interactive tools and software for teaching math.
  • Ability to address varied learning needs through differentiated instruction.
  • There will be an expectation for the successful Secondary Teacher Maths to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.

Qualifications/Experience

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
