Join us as a SEN Teacher Special Needs SEMH in an SEN School. We are working with a fantastic school located in the borough of Hounslow and are looking to secure a strong, qualified (QTS or QTLS) SEN Teacher with proven experience teaching children with Autism, ADHD and additional SEMH needs. The role starts ASAP.

Responsibilities

  • Plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and participate in parent evenings.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
  • Implement strategies to support emotional well-being.
  • Create nurturing and trauma-informed classrooms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification.
  • Eligible for British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Proven classroom experience or training.
