We are looking for a qualified (QTS or QTLS), EYFS/KS1 SEN Teacher with proven experience teaching children with Autism, sensory needs and additional complex learning difficulties at the EYFS level.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure students continuously challenge themselves to improve.
- Establish and maintain standards of pupil behaviour to create an orderly and productive environment.
- Apply a strong understanding of mental health challenges in children and adolescents.
- Implement strategies to support emotional well-being.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Proven classroom experience or training in SEN teaching.
- Individualized, Holistic Approach: Personalized learning plans and adaptive techniques that respect each student's journey.
