The Role We are looking for a proactive, technically minded Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts from our Aberdeen headquarters. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial leadership, managing the full sales lifecycle, supporting our global distributor network, and driving revenue growth across the underwater, ROV, and AUV markets. Drive Commercial Growth: Provide end-to-end commercial and technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, turning technical inquiries into successful solutions. ~ Global Network Support: Actively manage and support our international distributor network to maximize market penetration. ~ Identify emerging market trends, map out competitive positioning, and implement long-term revenue growth strategies.
