Shifts & Pay Rates
Rotating Shift
Monday - Friday - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
We do not offer FIXED shift
Paying £14.41/hour rising to £17.29/hour after 12 weeks
Night Shift
Sunday - Thursday - 10pm - 6am
Paying £15.26/hour rising to £18.25/hour after 12 weeks
Plus opportunity to earn up to an additional £3/hr personal performance bonus on both shifts

Responsibilities
- Have previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Quality checking of products.
- Use manual handling to safely stack and band products.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
- Working additional hours/shifts when the company requires.
This role involves heavy lifting
Commute
Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Thrapston, Rushden, Oundle and Bedford. Public transport will not run from these locations in line with shift times.
