Salary: £12.71 - £25.42 per hour + Paid Break, Temp to Perm, free drinks + Fruit

We are looking to recruit 2 x Warehouse Operatives for our prestigious client based in Swan Valley, NN4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global clothing brand at their Northampton distribution centre.

Are you looking for regular ongoing long-term work with the potential to be taken on permanently? Do you enjoy working in a relaxed team environment? Are you ready to start work immediately? Can you get to Swan Valley for a 7am start time? (no public bus available)

Pay:

  • £12.71 per hour up to 40 hours (paid 30 Minute lunch) with overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
  • £12.71/hr for hours worked between 07.00am-18.00pm.
  • £14.62/hr for hours worked between 18.00pm-22.00pm (Enhanced Evening rate).
  • £19.07/hr after 40 hrs worked.
  • After 40 hours - Saturday 1200pm onwards and Sunday - £25.42 per hour (Overtime Rate).

Hours: Rotating shift pattern as follows - You MUST be able to work all of the below. (No exceptions)

  • Week 1 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
  • Week 2 - 07:00am-15:00pm, Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
  • Week 3 - 14:00pm-22:00pm, Monday to Friday (No weekends)
