About the company:

Our client is a growing business in the electrical and renewable energy industry, delivering solutions for homes and businesses – from rewiring and lighting to solar panels, EV chargers, and smart home systems. Our focus is on safety, compliance, and future‑focused energy solutions.

Role:

You will be part of the telesales team, speaking to solar‑panel owners and booking appointments for the external team to carry out inspections. There is no hard selling; conversations should be engaging and effective booking.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Booking qualified appointments for the service team
  • Handling objections with confidence
  • Hitting achievable targets and exceeding them for extra earnings
