Description: We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting our client’s sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you are a strong administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing essential administrative support to the sales team.
- Accurately processing sales orders and preparing quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Managing and updating customer records using internal CRM system.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Creating new customer accounts and maintaining data integrity.
- Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings.
- Tracking sales performance and generating regular reports for management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Professional, reliable and approachable.
- Previous office-based commercial/sales admin experience.
