What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning and smoothing edges of manufactured components
- Removing burrs, sharp edges, slag, and residues from metal parts
- Using hand tools, grinders, files, and finishing equipment
- Operating bead blasting equipment
- Preparing components by masking or protecting critical areas
- Inspecting parts before and after finishing processes
- Working from drawings and specific finishing instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working in line with company quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing role is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable using hand tools or power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good practical skills and manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working within a production environment
- Driver's licence and own vehicle are essential
