What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning and smoothing edges of manufactured components
  • Removing burrs, sharp edges, slag, and residues from metal parts
  • Using hand tools, grinders, files, and finishing equipment
  • Operating bead blasting equipment
  • Preparing components by masking or protecting critical areas
  • Inspecting parts before and after finishing processes
  • Working from drawings and specific finishing instructions
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working in line with company quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing role is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable using hand tools or power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good practical skills and manual dexterity
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable working within a production environment
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle are essential
