We are offering a complete blank canvass, an opportunity to build process and structure in your own way. You will sit with the people who run the business, not report to someone who reports to someone who might get listened to occasionally. When you say the recruitment process needs fixing, it gets fixed. When you identify a culture problem, you get to solve it your way. You will build the HR function as the business grows rather than inherit someone else’s mess. Responsibilities

  • Build process and structure in the HR function.
  • Fix recruitment processes and address culture problems.
  • Develop and implement HR strategy in a growing SME.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience building HR in a growing SME business.
  • Highly competent in HRIS systems.
  • Confidence to make decisions without constant approval‑seeking.
