Warehouse Order Picker
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (NN4)
Salary: £13.43 - £25.74 per hour (Night shift £15.33-£25.74)
Hours of Work:
- 2200-0600 Sunday‑Thursday (Night Shift)
- 0600-1400 Monday‑Friday (Morning Shift)

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join our client, a leading pharmaceutical logistics partner.
Responsibilities:
- Work an AM shift 0600‑1400 Monday to Friday or a nightshift 2200‑0600 Sunday‑Thursday.
- Operate a forklift or LLOP/PPT; full training and refreshers will be provided.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with occasional heavy lifting.
- Maintain a long‑term commitment to the role.
- Picking items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner.
- Packaging items for dispatch to a high‑quality standard.
- Use a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
- Use a pallet truck or PPT to pick heavier items from the grid.
- Use a voice‑picking headset to be guided to locations.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are met; wear Hi‑Viz and S3 safety boots.
- Keep your work area clean and safe.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift or LLOP/PPT.
- Competent driver licence.
