We are recruiting for a permanent Stock Controller position within a modern and fast-paced environment based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining stock control, investigation work and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. You will become a key part of the operation, helping to maintain stock accuracy and supporting wider inventory processes.
The Role
- Carrying out cycle counts and routine stock accuracy checks
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and stock queries
- Supporting returns investigations and resolving stock-related issues
- Managing and sorting materials within recycling processes
- Conducting stock audits and supplier inventory checks
- Working across internal systems and Microsoft Teams to manage requests and updates
- Handling and moving stock as part of day-to-day duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within stock control, inventory or warehouse operations preferred
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 / Teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to investigate issues and problem solve effectively
- A team-focused attitude with good communication skills
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties where required
- Good standard of written and spoken English
