As Sales Administrator you will support our client's business development team by speaking with corporate customers, qualifying enquiries, keeping accurate CRM records, and helping new opportunities move through the pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through internal systems, external platforms and social media.
- Research and network proactively to secure meetings with decision‑makers in target accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM data, track leads accurately and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure lead quality and maximise conversion rates.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow‑up activities to drive engagement.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support is ideal, but we welcome candidates from high-volume, phone-based customer service or sales roles.
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and resilience.
- Experience engaging with B2B & corporate clients will be useful.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
Additional Details
- Competitive salary up to £30,000 DOE + uncapped commission.
- Hybrid option after probation (2 days WFH).
- Working hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.

- Must have access to your own transport due to the location of the client’s head office.
