Location: Northampton NN4

Hours of work: 0600-1400 Monday–Friday.

Company profile: We are working in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical firm to supply logistics staff to their national distribution centre. We are looking for individuals who are serious about a long‑term opportunity and can ensure their commitment to this assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work the night shift 0600-1400 Monday to Friday.
  • Have experience on either a Forklift or LLOP/PPT; training provided.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment with occasional heavy lifting.
  • Be looking for long‑term ongoing work.
  • Pick items for dispatch in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Package items for dispatch to a high‑quality standard.
  • Use a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
  • Use a pallet truck or LLOP to pick heavier items from the grid.
  • Use a voice picking headset to be guided to locations.
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements are met, wear high‑visibility and S3 safety boots.
  • Keep your work area clean and safe.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
